I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I am an enthusiast of bicycling.
After a year without pedaling, because my legs do not support more climbing the Marquês de São Vicente street (I’m already 80 years old), where is my house, I decided to install a 600 watts electric hub motor in my Trek 750, which I have since 1991.
I put new adhesives of TREK, remounted the bike and installed the electric motor kit.

Today I completed the assembly and went out with my granddaughter up to Ipanema beach, pedaling 95% of the time, turning on the motor only at the entrance of the Catholic University and rise of Marques de São Vicente street where I live.

Now I will return pedaling!!!
