I had a great experience, from walking into their huge bright showroom, to having my bike delivered to my door.

The sales people took their time to educate me about what the laws were and what I might need, they asked me what my purpose for looking was and told me why certain bikes would be better for me, ultimately allowing me the choice between 3-4 bikes that suited my needs.

I was initially a little overwhelmed by their selection of more than 30 bikes, but they quickly narrowed it down to the few that suited my needs based on our chat & then gave me enough info to make an informed choice of which one I wanted.

Once I decided, which didn't take long, they also offered me the option of being part of the referral program. This being my second ebike, I knew how many time people stop me to ask about it, I didn't hesitate to take them up on their offer, which should put money back in my pocket really soon.

The bike was delivered to my door for free and was overall a very pleasant experience.
